TrialSpark is powering Project Covalence.

A platform that will rapidly launch trials aimed at stopping the spread of COVID-19.

"TrialSpark is working in collaboration with leaders in the global life sciences and healthcare community to answer the complex questions posed by COVID-19. This disease is bigger than any one of us, but by working together, we can bounce back stronger than ever."

Our commitment to you

It’s impossible to overstate the impact of COVID-19 within the context of global public health. TrialSpark is actively monitoring the situation and making operating decisions on an hourly basis to ensure our entire ecosystem is safe and healthy.

We have two main priorities at this time. First, we want to ensure the safety and well being of all of our TrialSpark employees, our physician research partners, and our study patients. Healthcare workers around the globe are putting themselves on the front lines to fight this pandemic, and we’re doing everything we can to support these individuals.

Secondly, we want to ensure that patients in clinical research studies are able to receive the care they deserve. However, the current environment presents some real operational challenges. With disruptions to global supply chains, aggressive social distancing practices, and reprioritization of healthcare resources to COVID-19 related care, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patients in clinical studies requires thinking outside the box.

One thing is for certain - clinical research will never be the same. From remote monitoring visits, to telemedicine-enabled researcher assessments, to standardized electronic data entry, innovative tools that have seen limited adoption in trials to-date are critical in maintaining continuity of care in trials right now. As we think about a future beyond COVID-19, these important tools will be key to improving patient and provider experience and elevating program-wide resilience.

Here at TrialSpark, our goal is to help get our employees, our healthcare providers, our patients, and our drug development partners through these challenging times. We’re excited to collaborate with other leaders in the global life sciences and healthcare community and solve these complex problems. This disease is bigger than any one of us, but by working together, we can bounce back stronger than ever.

We stand with all healthcare providers on the front lines.

TrialSpark thanks the physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers who are working around the clock to combat the spread of the coronavirus and are continuing to provide critical care to their clinical trial participants.

We are in awe of their commitment to their patients and medical research, and we are working to support them in every way possible.

Continuity of care in clinical trials during a pandemic

Clinical trials are a critical part of our healthcare ecosystem, providing necessary data to develop life-saving therapeutics. Impediments have acute effects for both current trial participants and long-term impacts for future patients in need.

Patient by patient, study by study, visit by visit, TrialSpark is assessing all steps we can take to support continuity of care and study integrity in clinical trials during the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 White Paper
