A shared commitment to pursue new investigational therapies

If you are seeing patients that experience atopic dermatitis-related itch symptoms who may qualify to participate in a clinical trial for an investigational treatment, this study could be an option!

Trialspark - Eczema - 2400x1260

28 Days

Screening

If patients are still interested in the Soothe study after completing a patient application and pre-screening, they can review and sign a consent form to make an educated decision about participation and the study doctor will perform final assessments to confirm their eligibility to participate.

28 Days

Treatment

The study medication is being evaluated to determine the safety, effectiveness, tolerability, and PK in eczema-related itch. Patients will receive an investigational topical gel, or placebo, to apply twice daily and will be monitored for safety and study progress. Certain study visits will be discussed prior to participation and include: physical exams, electrocardiograms (ECGs), blood and urine samples, skin assessments and other tests and assessments conducted at the study site.

28 Days

Follow Up

After concluding the treatment period, the study doctor will conduct a follow up visit and debrief patients 28-days after the last topical application to thoroughly monitor and evaluate safety, effectiveness, tolerability, and PK.

How to connect your patients to the study

  1. Speak with Patients
